NOTHING HERE IS GENERIC
01

What a normal week looks like

Not the good week. The real one. Sleep, food, what he actually trains outside team workouts, and whether there's a program underneath any of it or he's stitching it together off TikTok.

02

Whether what you're paying for is working

Most families in this are already spending on travel, camps, showcases, maybe a trainer. Coach Dell will tell you honestly what he thinks is doing something and what your son needs that none of it covers.

03

What Coach Dell wishes he'd known

He played Division I football. The training was the easy part. The stuff he didn't understand until he was already there is the part nobody sits these kids down and explains, and it's the part he coaches hardest.

04

Whether ALYV is the right fit

You'll leave knowing what training would look like, what it costs, and whether it makes sense right now. If your son isn't bought in, Coach Dell will name that on the call instead of taking the money.

STRAIGHT TERMS

What this call is and isn't

  • Pricing gets covered on the call, in plain numbers. Nothing is held back to force a second conversation.
  • Nobody can get your son recruited, and anybody who tells you they can is selling you something. What Coach Dell controls is whether your son shows up bigger, faster, stronger and more disciplined than he is right now, so when someone does look, there's something to look at.
  • Coaching is online, so where you live doesn't matter. The standard is three to four sessions a week outside team work, under an hour each, for three consistent months. If your son can't commit to that, Coach Dell will say so instead of taking the money.
